How It Works

Our proven process for generating more bookings and sales appointments for your dealership

We provide a bespoke service to each of our dealership customers, to make sure that the calls we’re making are having the maximum possible impact.

But one thing that remains the same is our proven and effective process, made up of four key areas.

Here’s how we work:

Provide Data

Either plugging into your existing DMS, or through manual means, you will provide us with access to your customer data. We’re on-hand to offer guidance on what data works best, including advice on how to appropriately cleanse data.

Action Plan Agreed

With a view of your data, we’ll finalise our plan of action, including which customers we’ll phone, how often, and what the goals of the campaign will be. From this moment onwards, you have our team of expert call-makers on the side of your dealership, ready to boost your performance.

We Book Appointments or Answer Calls

Once we get started, we’ll be busy making and taking calls on behalf of your dealership, with the data you have provided, to move towards the objectives of our campaign. This might mean phoning lost sales leads, answering inbound calls, or placing service and MOT reminder calls.

Frequent Reporting

As well as verbatim summaries of each call, and appointments booked directly into your diary, we will provide frequent reports to help you understand the effectiveness of your call campaigns with us. Your dedicated point of contact will also help you make sense of trends in call performance, making recommendations as you go.
